Karim Noureldin is a Swiss based artist working mainly in Works on paper, Site specific installations and  collaboration projects with architects.    

After studying Fine Arts at Schule für Gestaltung HdKZ, Zurich and graduating from Hoehere Schule für Gestaltung FHNW Basel, he lived in New York City (1994/2001), Rome (2002), Cairo (2005) and London (2006). He now resides in Lausanne, near Geneva, Switzerland. He currently helds a professorship in Fine Arts at ECAL University of Art and Design, Lausanne.

Recent projects included solo shows at von Bartha Gallery, Kunstmuseum Bonn, Musée d’art moderne et contemporain MAMCO, Kunstmuseum Winterthur, Kunsthalle Basel, Kunstmuseum Thun, Kunstmuseum Villa Zanders, Centre d’art contemporain CACY. He participated in numerous international group shows, among others at Kunstmuseum Vaduz, Liechtenstein, Waterside Contemporary, London, Clement&Schneider, Bonn, Aargauer Kunsthaus, Aarau, Musée Rath, Geneva, l’ Espace de l’art concret – Donation Albers-Honegger, Mouans-Sartoux, The Drawing Room, London, Kunstmuseum Basel, Museum Oskar Reinhart, Winterthur and The Swiss Institute SI, New York.

Since 2004 he collaborated with numerous international architect firms, among others with Herzog & deMeuron Architects, Basel, Müller Sigrist Architects, Zurich, Raphael Nussbaumer Architects, Geneva and Make Architects, London.
