Felicia M. Gordon is an artist living and working in Harlem.
Classically trained in drawing, painting and photography, her goal is to express relevant ideas in the most appropriate medium for each idea.She does not limit herself to any particular discipline. Gordon started the art collective, Sugar Hill Culture Club, in 2006 to develop collaborative projects among friends and colleagues that reflect a refined, urban-inspired ethos.Gordon has been featured in ELLE magazine and The New York Times Style Magazine, T, for her book of photography, Where’s Wendell? and Sugar Hill Culture Club’s exhibit and installation, New York, Naturally (both summer 2014).
Where’s Wendell? was showing at the New York Design Center through the beginning of March, 2015. Work from this collection can be viewed at Red Rooster Harlem.
