Be Andr (1978, Oslo, Norway) is an artist that lives and works in London, UK. Andr studied Fine Art at The Florence Academy of Art, Italy and at the Slade School of Fine Art, UCL. He has exhibited internationally most recently with exhibitions at La Posta Foundation, Spain; Herzliya Museum of Contemporary Art, Israel; CCA Andratx Art Centre, Spain; Post Box Gallery, London; Scaramouche, NYC and Sexauer, Berlin.
He is currently working on several public art commissions including a new public square in Bethnal Green, London and installations for a new 30 000 square meters government building next to the botanic garden in Oslo, Norway.
Be Andr’s curatorial practice includes curating Antony Gormley’s exhibition Another Time at Mardalsfossen Art Project, Norway and ‘From A to B’ at CCA Andraxt Art Centre, Spain.
