Aitor Lajarin was born in Vitoria-Gasteiz Basque Country, Spain, in 1977.
He holds a BFA from the University of Basque Country and an MFA from the University of California in San Diego.
His work has been shown in public institutions and commercial galleries in Europe, Asia, North and South America.
He currently lives and works in Los Angeles California were he combines his art practice with his activity his as a co-founder an co-director of the artist run project space DXIX projects.
Paul Christesen, William R. Kenan Professor of Ancient Greek History in the Department of Classics at Dartmouth College, is the author of Olympic Victor Lists and Ancient Greek History (Cambridge University Press, 2007) and Sport and Democracy in the Ancient and Modern Worlds (Cambridge University Press, 2012).
He is also co-editor, with Donald Kyle, of The Wiley-Blackwell Companion to Sport and Spectacle in Greek and Roman Antiquity, and author of more than 30 articles.
Professor Christesen is a member of the editorial board of the journal Nikephoros and of the Managing Committee at the American School of Classical Studies in Athens and has served as Supervising Professor at the International Olympic Academy.
He is currently working with Paul Cartledge of Cambridge University on the Oxford History of the Archaic Greek World. His areas of expertise include ancient Greek history (with a particular focus on Sparta), sport history (including the ancient Olympics), and the relationship between sport and political systems.
He regularly speaks about these topics to scholarly and general audiences in the United States and Europe. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth, and a Ph.D. from Columbia University, and he is life fellow of Clare Hall at Cambridge University.
Gordana Zikic is a shamanic artist, studying and incorporating traditions and innovations in shamanism, both ancestral and contemporary.
She was born in Serbia, currently at Ph.D. studies in visual arts, Faculty of Fine Arts, Belgrade, Serbia, where she got her MA and BA. Her art exhibitions include numerous solo and group shows in Serbia and Europe.
Gordana is a co-founder of Belgrade Artist in Residence program in Belgrade, Serbia, and Martial artist in residence, as part of the Center424 non-profit artist-run organization.
Belgrade Artist in Residence is a program as part of the Center424 non-profit artist-run organization that supports artists, curators and martial artists via one-week to three-month residencies taking place in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. The programs aim to foster cultural exchange between artists from different disciplines, create a dialogue and promote possible collaboration.
We are looking to collaborate with other like-minded arts organizations in the world. This sustainable partnership could lead to joint art projects and foster the mobility of local talents by way of exchange and promotion abroad/locally.

Awards include a Guggenheim (Playwrighting), Fulbright (Judaic Studies), Kessler Prize for Sustained Contribution to LGBT Studies, 3 NY Foundation for the Arts Fellowships (Playwrighting and Fiction) 2 American Library Association Book Awards (Fiction and Nonfiction) and a finalist for the Prix de Rome. Deborah Kennedy is a writer and artist who focuses on ecological themes. In her recent book–Nature Speaks: Art and Poetry for the Earth—Kennedy combines provocative poetry and earth-toned illustrations that capture the bond between ourselves and the larger natural world. Nature Speaks: Art and Poetry for the Earth is the winner of two national poetry book awards— a Silver Nautilus Book Award and an Eric Hoffer Book Award.
Kennedy’s art exhibitions include numerous solo and group shows in the United States and Europe that feature art and installations focusing on environmental and social themes.
She is noted for creating large-scale installations on the Berlin Wall six months before it was torn down. The Berlin Wall works were featured in books and newspapers in Germany and the United States.
Her body of work has been widely reviewed and she has received numerous grants and awards from art councils and museums. Kennedy presents slide shows and poetry readings to environmental, poetry, and other interested groups.
