Christy Rupp

Christy Rupp is an American eco-artist, born in Rochester NY, too young for Elvis, and too old for Barbie. 

She has received grants from Anonymous was a Woman Foundation, Joan Mitchell Foundation CALL legacy grant, NY State Council on the Arts, National Endowment for the Arts, & Art Matters Inc.

Her work has been visible recently at Cross Contemporary Art in Saugerties NY, David & Schweitzer Contemporary, The Hirshorn Museum in DC, The Barnes Foundation, Museum of Art & Design  NYC, the Neuberger Museum, The Dorsky Museum, Lesley Heller Workspace and The New Museum in NYC.
