Sometimes she paints in there, too. Actually there is no studio, Miss Rosenwald works alone,\u00a0and rosenworld doesn\u2019t exist. In spite of this,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rosenworld.com\/\"><span class=\"s2\">www.rosenworld.com<\/span><\/a>\u00a0was launched in 1995.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Her motto is \u201cNo job too big, No job too small, No job too medium.\u201d She\u2019s done many drawings for The New Yorker, The New York Times, and other fine publications, and collaborated with David Sedaris on an App, \u201c<span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/davids-diary\/id454738569?mt=8\">David\u2019s Diary.\u201d\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u2014-<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-806 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/museumofnonvisibleart.com\/interviews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/unafraid.jpg?resize=251%2C300&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"unafraid\" width=\"251\" height=\"300\" \/>She also does humor writing, and writing which is only\u00a0marginally funny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Her most recent book is titled \u201c<i>all the wrong people have self-esteem.<\/i>\u201d It is an\u00a0inappropriate book for young ladies, and frankly, anybody else. She also wrote a\u00a0children\u2019s book,\u00a0<i>And To Name But Just a Few: Red, Yellow, Green, Blue<\/i>. These are the only books your family\u00a0will ever need.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-804 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/museumofnonvisibleart.com\/interviews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/docare.jpg?resize=251%2C300&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"docare\" width=\"251\" height=\"300\" \/>Laurie teaches a popular creativity workshop called \u201c<i>How to Make Mistakes on Purpose<\/i>\u201d or \u201c<i>What to do when it\u2019s too late to get burrs stuck on your pants and invent Velcro all over again<\/i>.\u201d It is NOT a creativity\u00a0workshop. Trying to be creative works about as well as trying to be charming. \u00a0It&#8217;s not just for designers and stuff. Anybody can do it. In Canada, a herd of elk showed up. Bring chaos to your order!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s3\">\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rosenworld.com\/workshop.html\"><span class=\"s4\">http:\/\/www.rosenworld.com\/workshop.html<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">It has been taught for Starbucks and Google, at all the big art schools, and for the Prince of Sweden. HTMMOP is top secret, so she gave a TED talk about it. Alumni are requested to respect \u201comert\u00e0\u201d, a.k.a. The Mafia Code of Silence. It\u2019s like tuna surprise, but without the tuna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-805 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/museumofnonvisibleart.com\/interviews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/think.jpg?resize=251%2C300&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"think\" width=\"251\" height=\"300\" \/>Laurie divides her time between New York and Sweden,\u00a0because she wants to have her cake, eat it too, and then she wants more cake. \u00a0She paints with hot, coloured wax- encaustic- an ancient medium beloved by all who enjoy the smell of burning flesh. Miss Rosenwald speaks Swedish like a native New Yorker, and appeared as\u00a0\u201cWoman\u201d on \u201cThe Sopranos,\u201d a role she was born to play. She can draw circles around other people who can draw circles, and claims to have won all\u00a0the usual awards.
