Clare has a background as a curator, writer, commissioner and cultural strategist and has delivered pioneering exhibitions, commissions, engagement programmes, cultural strategies and campaigns for Tate, V&amp;A, National Science Museum, Arts Council England, Southbank Centre, Argent Kings Cross, Gongju City, BBC and Design for London. She is published on creativity, design, audience development and digital culture \u2013 Build Your Own; Tools for Sharing (Crafts Council), Design &amp; Landscape for People (Thames &amp; Hudson), Did Someone Say Participate (MIT press), The Good Life (Van Alen Institute), Slides as a Form of Public Transportation (Carsten Holler and Tate Gallery), Society by Bridget Smith (Steidl).\u00a0 At the British Council\u2019s invitation she curated their contribution to Lisbon Design Biennial and created \u2018Happiness for Daily Life\u2019, a functioning caf\u00e9 in South Korea.
