As an outward-looking academic documentation and knowledge institute, it works in close collaboration with others to reach its audience all over the world. Located in The Hague (The Netherlands), it manages a unique collection of archival, documentation and library material relating to Western art from the late Middle Ages to the present. Parts of the\u00a0collection are also accessible through <a href=\"https:\/\/rkd.nl\/en\/\">online databases<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lynnevanrhijn.nl\/\"><span class=\"s1\">Lynne van Rhijn <\/span><\/a><span class=\"s3\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">has also written about contemporary art \/ edited for several art magazines. Her review \u00b4Why I started polishing my shoes\u00b4, about Nishiko, Nasan Tur and Chris Burden in Walden Affairs, won the 2010 Prize for Young Art Criticism. Van\u00a0 Rhijn studied Art History and has an MA in Museum Curating.
