The seventeen foot prototype is in cardboard and Effigie will be in Corten steel.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The materials, procedures and subject of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stephenschofield.ca\" target=\"_blank\">Stephen Schofield\u2019s<\/a> sculpture, drawing and performance practices spring from the laboratories and private spaces of the home: the kitchen, the bathroom and the garden.<\/p>\n<p>He has presented major ensembles of his work at the Power Plant, Toronto, le Mus\u00e9e d\u2019art contemporain, la Biennale de Montr\u00e9al, the Mus\u00e9e national des beaux-arts du Qu\u00e9bec and in France at the CAC de Vassiv\u00e8re, l\u2019Aquarium, and the CREDAC. In 2012, he presented new work at the Cue Foundation, New York.
