Over the past two decades Pascher\u2019s work has been exhibited internationally at many venues, most recently at Aritsts Space (New York), Cuturegest (Lisbon), Kunstmuseum Basel, Steven Wolf Gallery (San Francisco), and Orchard (New York). Pascher has written on art, film, and a variety of cultural issues, with texts appearing in numerous publications including Afterall, Art in America, Springerin, Merge Magazine, Metropolis, \u201cThe Museum as Arena: Artists on Institutional Critique\u201d (Verlag der Walther K\u00f6nig), and \u201cInstitutional Critique: An Anthology of Artists\u2019 Writings\u201d (MIT Press).\u00a0 He\u2019s also lectured and appeared on a number of panels worldwide: at CCS Bard, the Drawing Center, Santa Monica Museum of Art, ARCO Madrid, CAA (Boston), Extra City (Antwerp), and the Anna Akhmatova Museum (St. Petersburg). Since 1999, Pascher has been teaching in university art departments and art schools across the United States and Europe. These include Cooper Union, Columbia University, Rutgers University, Malm\u00f6 Art Academy, The University of Chicago, the Art Institute of Chicago, and Sotheby\u2019s Institute of Art, among others. He currently teaches at both the Cooper Union and Sotheby\u2019s Institute in New York, where he lives and works, dividing his time with Marfa, Texas.
