He has received fellowships from the MacDowell Colony, the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, the I-Park Foundation, the University of Denver, and Columbia University.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">During the 2021 \u2014 2022 academic year, he will be teaching creative writing at George Washington University, and will also be Writer-in-Residence at the State University of New York, New Paltz.
