His work has been featured in&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/ian-spanier\/right-next-door-mark-gugl_b_7157676.html\">Huffington Post<\/a>,&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/artnewengland.com\/blogs\/mark-guglielmos-portrait-of-contemporary-cuba\/\">Art New England<\/a>, Rolling Stone,&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/nepr.net\/post\/mark-guglielmo-tertulia#stream\/0\">New England Public Radio<\/a>, The Sun, Big Red &amp; Shiny,&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.recorder.com\/Artbeat-060817-10542661\">Greenfield Recorder<\/a>, and&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.masslive.com\/entertainment\/index.ssf\/2017\/05\/cuba_in_transition_exhibit_tur.html\">Springfield Republican<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">He has collaborated closely with the renowned Young@Heart Chorus since 2011, launching their Prison Project and participating in weekly rehearsals with the incarcerated at Chicopee Women&rsquo;s Prison and Northampton Men&rsquo;s Prison. A former rapper and hip-hop producer aka Vesuveo, his credits include Grammy winners Cut Chemist, Black Eyed Peas, KRS-One,&nbsp;Mystic, Dilated Peoples, and the Top 10 hit &ldquo;Green and Gold&rdquo; featuring Eminem. Each took between 1 and 3 hours. A mash-up of Alberto Korda&rsquo;s iconic image with Chuck Close&rsquo;s method, only I use photo-mosaic instead of paint.
