I have ascertained on several occasions that at the moment when the dream occurred the letter was already lying in the post-office of the addressee.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>-Carl Jung,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/book\/show\/836937.Synchronicity\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Synchronicity: An Acausal Connecting Principle<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Have there been times in your life when you\u2019ve known things before you could have known them? Carl Jung coined the term \u201csynchronicity\u201d to explain these phenomena. We may never know why these things really happen, though theories abound. Perhaps there is some unknown sensory activity \u2013 often called a sixth sense \u2013 that gives people the ability to perceive not just those things in our direct environs, but things and events through the dimension of time. Or perhaps these are, as Jung said, simply \u201cmeaningful coincidences\u201d<br \/>\nthat happen as the result of our deep connection to our surroundings.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/museumofnonvisibleart.com\/interviews\/zuriel-waters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zuriel Waters<\/a> joined us to talk about\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.markelfinearts.com\/exhibitions\/195\/overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Jello Moon<\/em><\/a>, his exhibition at Kathryn Markel Gallery running until May 17. To accompany the work in this show, Waters penned a beautiful poem beginning with the following lines:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em>I am a tree.
