Michael Jacobson is a writer, artist, and independent curator from Minneapolis, Minnesota USA. His books include<\/span> The Giant’s Fence<\/span><\/i><\/a> (Ubu Editions),<\/span> Action Figures<\/span><\/i><\/a> (Avance Publishing),<\/span> Mynd Eraser<\/span><\/i><\/a>, <\/span> <\/span>The Paranoia Machine<\/span><\/i><\/a>,  and his latest collected writings <\/span>Works & Interviews<\/span><\/i><\/a>; he is also co-editor of <\/span>An Anthology Of Asemic Handwriting<\/span><\/i><\/a> (Uitgeverij). Besides writing books, he curates a gallery for <\/span>asemic writing<\/span><\/a> called<\/span> The New Post-Literate<\/span><\/i><\/a>, and sits on the editorial board of<\/span> SCRIPTjr.nl<\/span><\/i><\/a>.<\/span><\/i> Recently, he was published in <\/span>The Last Vispo Anthology<\/span><\/i><\/a> (Fantagraphics), and curated the Minnesota Center for Book Arts exhibit: <\/span>Asemic Writing: Offline & In The Gallery<\/span><\/i><\/a>. In 2013 he was interviewed by<\/span> SampleKanon<\/span><\/i><\/a> and <\/span>Asymptote Journal<\/span><\/i><\/a>, and in 2016 by <\/span>David Alan Binder<\/span><\/a> . Currently, he created cover art for <\/span>Rain Taxi<\/span><\/i><\/a>’s 2014 winter issue, and as of 2017 he has become a publisher at <\/span>Post-Asemic Press<\/span><\/a>.
