During this season of the year, those moments and memories can feel heightened for many, for better or worse. The holidays evoke a manner of strong emotions, some warm and nostalgic, others difficult and cold. To manage these days of intensity, give yourself permission to be gentle and kind with your own psyche. Practice self-care in the form of walks outside and plenty of rest.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/museumofnonvisibleart.com\/interviews\/bumin-kim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bumin Kim<\/a> joined us to discuss her exhibition,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swpk.org\/exhibition-the-seasons\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>The Seasons<\/em><\/a>, which ran until November 24 at SWPK Gallery. The title is inspired by Tchaikovsky\u2019s musical composition of the same name, a nod to Kim\u2019s habit of listening to music while she works. The show is a collection of 12 pieces, each named after a month. Today, the historic Harris Building in New London contains more than 100,000 items and the website offers a searchable database of these resources.
