There is no such thing as a meaningless task. Life is a series of small moments, but each of them weaves together to create the whole and the sum of their parts becomes the life we live. In each moment, we make decisions that carry us forward on our path, and each of these decisions, however small, holds the power to shape the course of the rest of our lives. Anna-Eva Bergman<\/a>: Thomas Schlesser, the director of the Hans Hartung and Anna-Eva Bergman foundation joined us in early September to discuss\u00a0Anna-Eva Bergman: Revelation<\/em> on view through October 22 at Perrotin New York<\/a>. Bergman is a lesser known artist, but this exhibition as well as two museum shows seek to change that status. Among the details of her life that we discussed, is her former home under the blue sky of the French Riviera, a source of inspiration for the late artist’s work.
